Health InsuranceYour health and your family's health are a priority. SPYROS pays 100% of the monthly premium for employees and their dependents to include medical, dental, and vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield (Blue Preferred). Our company will also pay the annual enrollment fee for those individuals and their dependents retired from military service who wish to use TRICARE or the equivalent of instead of participating in the company plan.

Full-time employees receive 120 hours (15 days) of accrued vacation, 11 federal holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 24 hours (3 days) of sick/personal time off per year.
